From the very beginning, Dr Rogers, Katy, and Brani, were incredibly kind, patient and reassuring. I was nervous about some of the procedures I needed, but they took the time to explain everything clearly, answer my questions and make sure I felt comfortable throughout. I never felt rushed or dismissed, and their calm and compassionate approach made what could have been a very stressful experience so much easier.
