From the very beginning, Dr Rogers, Katy, and Brani, were incredibly kind, patient and reassuring. Your clinician also reviews your medical history and any weight-related health issues.

Why does waist size matter?

Fat stored around the waist carries extra health risks. UK guidance advises keeping your waist to less than half your height.

How quickly is it safe to lose weight?

The safe rate for most adults is 0.5kg to 1kg a week. Losing weight faster can cause problems such as gallstones and malnutrition, which is why your progress is reviewed at follow-up appointments.

Could a medical condition be affecting my weight?

Sometimes. For example, an underactive thyroid can cause weight gain and tiredness, and it can only be confirmed with a blood test. We can arrange thyroid and other blood tests at the clinic.

How much does it cost?

A weight loss consultation is £120 and follow-ups are £80. Packages start from £599 for 4 weeks, £999 for 8 weeks and £1,299 for 12 weeks.

Can I change or stop my treatment?

Yes. Treatment can be adjusted or stopped at any point, based on your needs and your clinician’s advice.
