Professor Hadjianastassiou is a Consultant Vascular and General Surgeon with practice in both NHS and private healthcare settings. He manages venous and arterial conditions including varicose veins and deep vein thrombosis, and performs complex laparoscopic procedures such as hernia repair and gallbladder surgery.
At Bilba Clinic he provides treatments for varicose veins including endovenous laser ablation (EVLA), foam sclerotherapy and surgical ligation/stripping of the long and short saphenous veins.
He graduated from the University of Oxford, where he also completed doctoral research in abdominal aortic aneurysm risk stratification, and holds dual GMC specialist accreditation in vascular and general surgery.
